Custom Orders

Since 1982 Everest has been making the finest packs and bags to the consumer market. Everest's custom bag program was developed as a marketing tool for our loyal dealer network and corporate customers. All Everest custom bags are made to the same standard as our regular in-line product. Everest has strived to simplify this program and make it easier for the dealer to stock custom bags/packs in an assortment of colors.

• Minimum order quantity: 1000 Bags
• Lead time: Off-peak season (Sep-Jan) 60 days*, Peak season (Feb-Aug) 90 days* after sample approved by customer.
• Total lead time is subject to change due to a natural cause such as delay by carrier or U.S. Customs clearance.
• Payment: 3/4 deposit with order, balance net 30 days with approved credit. For more information please call 1-801-900-1696

Disclaimer Policy

Acceptance of Purchase Order constitutes an agreement based solely upon WH Distributing's terms and conditions regardless of any terms or conditions set forth on Purchase Order. WH Distributing shall not bear responsibility for shortages unless reported 3 days from date of the receipt. All styles are subject to change without notice.

Freight / Delivery Policy

WH Distributing will attempt to route all shipments specified on Purchase Order. If none is specified, WH Distributing will select the most direct and inexpensive carrier for delivery. WH Distributing shall not bear responsibilities for delivery delays caused by US Customs, Shipping Carriers or weather condition. All transfers of shipment to a recognized carrier will result in their full responsibility and claim of any nature must be made with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Returns

There are no returns on custom orders. All sales are final with custom orders.

Payment Terms

Net 30 days on approved credit, Money Order or prepayment. All major credit cards accepted.

Silkscreen Print / Embroidery

Standard production time is 30 working days upon receipt of order and artwork. Production time is subject to change depends on quantity and design complexity. Please inquire for detail and pricing at 1-210-779-4012.
